Terms & Conditions
In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PERFORMALINK
Prices, GST & Errors
1. All prices are in NZD and include GST, unless stated otherwise.
2. Prices include import duty and import costs.
3. Packaging and postage are additional charges calculated at checkout and stated on the invoice.
4. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing accurate, however errors may occur.
5. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Product Descriptions & Images
1. Product descriptions are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed to be error-free.
2. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
3. Colours, finishes and specifications may vary and images may not show all available options.
4. Most of our products are fully custom, we may not be able to show the actual product.
Product Use & Responsibility
1. You are responsible for confirming suitability, fitment, and legal compliance before purchase.
2. We are not a licensed garage and do not provide installation, engineering, or road-legal advice.
3. Installation should be carried out by licensed mechanics or professionals.
4. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from installation or use.
Wheel Maintenance
1. Wheels must be cleaned weekly using only soapy warm water, then rinsed with clean tap water.
2. Brake dust is corrosive and may damage wheels if not removed regularly.
3. Use of third-party wheel cleaning products is at your own risk.
4. We accept no responsibility for damage or discolouration caused by aftermarket cleaning products.
Orders, Payment, Title & Risk
1. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
2. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion.
3. Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted and payment or deposit is confirmed.
4. Title to products passes to you only after full payment and delivery.
5. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery by us or the courier.
6. You must provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive delivery.
7. Costs resulting from incorrect details or failed delivery attempts are your responsibility.
8. Some area, Signature required on delivery: Wheels require a signature on arrival.
9. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. If no one at the delivery address, please contact our courier customer service
Delivery, Inspection & Claims
1. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may change due to shipping schedules, customs, courier delays, or unforeseen events.
2. You must inspect products within 24 hours after delivery.
3. If goods are delivered by courier, you must inspect within 24 hours.
4. Do not sign for damaged goods.
5. Any defects, damage or incorrect items must be reported promptly with photos.
6. Incorrect items will be replaced once returned in original condition.
7. Reasonable return postage costs for incorrect items will be reimbursed upon proof.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Important: Do not proceed unless you are 100% sure. Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned,
or exchanged due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or circumstances unrelated
to the product (including vehicle sale, damage, write-off, theft, loss of income, or
personal/family circumstances).
1. No change-of-mind refunds.
2. No returns or exchanges once packaging is opened or items are installed.
3. Custom, pre-order and special-order items are non-refundable
4. If an exception is approved, a 30% restocking fee may apply.
Payment/ Deposits, Non-Collection & Cancellation
1. Payment can be made by; bank transfer, credit card or applicable finance card (q card master card or Afterpay only).
2. Surge card will be applied if the payment made by credit card or applicable finance card.
3. The surge charge come directly from third party provider (credit card or finance card provider).
4. For all products we need to order from factory or supplier, we require 50% deposit.
5. Remaining 50% of payment will be made once we have the goods in our warehouse and ready to be sent.
6. Final payment must be completed within 3 days of goods being ready for collection or sent (unless otherwise agreed).
7. Failure to complete payment or collect goods may result in order cancellation.
8. Deposits for uncollected orders will be forfeited, and we may resell the goods to recover cost owed, in accordance with these terms.
